Registration Rates

Early-bird registration ends December 31, 2024.

Cancellation/Refunds – There is a $100 cancellation fee, and the balance will be refunded until February 3, 2025. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after February 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer the badge (one time) to another person within the same company/institution before February 7, 2025.

If you must change from in-person registration to virtual registration, you may do so one time only for a partial refund up until February 3, 2025. Any change to your registration type after this date will not be refunded.

Changes from virtual registration to in-person registration may be done any time at the prevailing in-person registration rates.

Live conference registration fees provide access to the in-person conference, March 16-19, 2025, at the Hilton Anatole with post event access to our on-demand conference content via our virtual event platform for 12-months. Access to virtual platform will be provided 7-10 days post conference.

Virtual conference registration fees provide access to the live streaming virtual conference, March 16-19, 2025, with access to all on-demand conference content via our virtual event platform for 12 months.

Patients/Caregivers must complete this form before registering. Individuals will receive a separate email with a link to register for the conference once verified by MDA. – Patient/Caregiver Form.
