MDA does not provide direct links to book hotel rooms.

To access the discounted conference rate:

1. Complete your conference registration.
1. You will be prompted to book your hotel room once registration is complete.
2. If you prefer to book at another time, you will receive a link to book a room in your registration confirmation email.

Important: Reservations made outside of the official conference housing process will not receive the conference rate.

Attendees are responsible for reviewing and complying with the hotel’s cancellation policies at the time of booking.

• A credit card, debit card, check, money order, or other approved form of payment is required to guarantee your hotel reservation. Reservations must be made by February 19, 2027.
• A deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes is required.
• Please note that authorizations placed on debit cards may temporarily reduce the funds available in your account.
• Reservations cancelled more than five (5) days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Reservations cancelled within five (5) days of arrival will be charged one night’s room rate and tax.
• No-shows may be charged according to hotel policy.
• Policies are subject to change and will be confirmed during the reservation process.

Organizations requiring 20 or more guest rooms may request a Group Sub-Block.

How to request a Group Sub-Block

To submit a request, please email [email protected] with the following information:

• Group point of contact for housing
• Arrival date
• Departure date
• Number of rooms needed per night
• Preferred Room Type(s) (e.g., King, Two Queens, ADA Accessible with Roll-In Shower, etc.)

Request Review Process

All Group Sub-Block requests are subject to availability and will be reviewed in accordance with conference housing guidelines.

Payment terms and housing deadlines will be provided during the contracting process.
