Mental & Cognitive Health Summit – October 27, 2021

This summit will identify best practices in mental and cognitive health care for pediatric and adult patients with NMD; recognize the contributors to mental health issues; assess the mental and cognitive health needs of the NMD population and incorporating these considerations into the treatment plan; and identify resources to support NMD patients with mental and cognitive health concerns.  Provider mental health will also be covered.

Audiences for this summit include all healthcare professionals who manage and treat patients with NMD including neurologists, neuropsychologists, psychologists, social workers, nurses and more.
